James Egozi, our Sport World School student has reached an exciting milestone in his racing career by joining the prestigious Red Bull Junior Racing Team. The talented young driver is set to make his debut in the F4 Spanish Championship with Campos Racing, marking a significant step towards his dream of becoming a Formula 1 driver.
James’s journey with us began a few years ago when he enrolled in our online school, seeking a flexible education to accommodate his demanding sports schedule. In an interview for the school’s website, which we did a couple of years ago, James told us he would like to become an F1 driver. It seems that he is a step closer to fulfilling his dream.
Our student started his career as a karting driver and he made quite an impression on the very competitive karting scene. Egozi’s impressive track record speaks volumes about his talent and dedication. He secured victories in the WSK Open Cup (OK Junior class, 2021), WSK Super Master Series (OK class, 2023), United States Pro Kart Series – Mini Rok, Florida Winter Tour – Rotax Micro Max (2017), US Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Nationals – Mini Max, ROK The Rio – Mini Rok, and Florida Winter Tour – Mini Rok (2018).
As James gears up for the 2024 season, where he will compete in the F4 Spanish Championship, he also has his sights set on graduating from our online high school. Expressing his gratitude for the opportunity to race with Campos Racing under Red Bull’s support, he said:
“It’s a privilege to race with Campos Racing in 2024 having Red Bull’s support. The Team’s success is well known and my goal is nothing short of adding to that legacy. Everything I’ve learned has been building up for this opportunity. The wait is finally over, it’s time to get back to business.”
In addition to his remarkable achievements on the racing circuits, James is an exemplary student. Despite his demanding racing schedule, he excels in his studies, maintaining straight A’s and demonstrating exceptional dedication to his academic and racing pursuits.
We at Education World Wide and Sport World School are proud of James, and we look forward to witnessing his continued success on and off the track.
