EduWW Foundation Studies is a three-month online program created for high-school-age students who need to bridge an academic gap and adult learners who want to continue or complete an interrupted high school education.

Move Forward With Your Education
Falling behind academically does not mean that a learner has to remain behind. Education can be interrupted for many reasons. A student may have missed a significant part of a school year, moved between different education systems, experienced personal circumstances that affected their schooling, or reached adulthood without earning a high school diploma.
Foundation Studies provides a structured way to move forward. It allows learners to complete the academic requirements of one high school grade through a focused, accelerated program.
Fast-track, however, does not mean automatic or effortless. Learners must successfully complete the required courses, assignments, and assessments. The difference is that the program is condensed into three months and designed for independent study.
Who is EduWW Foundation Studies for?
Foundation Studies is designed for learners who need a flexible, accelerated pathway through a high school grade, and who are prepared to study independently.
How the program works
Foundation Studies covers one complete high school grade over three months.
Each grade consists of:
Learners can choose their electives from a selected list of commonly requested subjects. Because Foundation Studies is an accelerated program, it does not include the full range of electives available through our regular high school program.
EduWW Online Learning Platform
Every learner receives a personal profile and 24/7 access to the learning platform and all materials required for the selected grade.
The program is self-paced within the three-month enrollment period. This means learners can organize their study schedule around work, family responsibilities, training, or other commitments. However, all courses and academic requirements must be completed by the end of the program. There are no scheduled online classes or regular tutoring sessions.
Because Foundation Studies does not include online classes or regular tutoring sessions, learners must be able to organize their time, follow course instructions, and complete their work independently. Learners who need daily teaching, frequent academic guidance, or a highly structured class schedule may benefit more from one of our regular online school programs.
AI tools for improved independent learning
Our learning platform includes AI-powered tools designed to support students while they study independently.
These tools can help learners navigate the platform, find relevant learning materials, review concepts, and work through questions related to their lessons. This additional support can be particularly valuable when a learner is studying outside regular school hours.
The AI tools support the learning process, but they do not complete the program on the learner’s behalf. They cannot take assessments or complete graded work for students, and they do not replace the learner’s responsibility to study and demonstrate their knowledge.
Admission and Grade Placement
Learners applying for Grade 9 will be placed according to the school’s admission and academic review process.
Anyone applying for Grade 10 or a higher grade must provide academic records showing that they have successfully completed the preceding high school grade or grades.
Our Admissions Team reviews the learner’s previous education before confirming placement. This helps us determine:
- the appropriate grade level;
- whether Foundation Studies is suitable for the learner’s circumstances;
- which academic records are required;
- and whether another EduWW program may provide a better path forward.
Academic Transcript and Recognition
After successfully completing a fast-track grade, the learner receives an official academic transcript showing the subjects completed and the credits earned. The transcript will also state that the grade was completed through the Foundation Studies fast-track program.
Learners who successfully complete all remaining high school requirements may receive a high school diploma. Completing a single Foundation Studies grade results in a transcript for that grade; a diploma is awarded only after all graduation requirements have been fulfilled.
Please note: Foundation Studies is not suitable for students pursuing NCAA eligibility or athletics scholarships. Learners should also confirm that their intended college or university accepts credentials earned through fast-track programs.
